What Does Your Mug Say About You?

My favourite mug is big, came from a book store, and has some of the most perfectly inspirational words on it that embody all of the things that really make an impact on how you show up in life and business. Other than that, it’s completely normal. Yet, it speaks to me like no other mug I’ve ever met.

Inspired reading can come from a variety of different sources. This time, it came from my favourite mug. Yes, you read that right. The writing on my favourite mug was made to inspire and so it shall. I hope it inspires you as well.

Habit-forming is a tricky task but that doesn’t mean you have to feel miserable about it. In fact, that will deter the habit from actually forming! Start small and reward yourself often. It doesn’t have to be hard and really shouldn’t feel like work. For content creation, shout it from the rooftops: Write something today, even if it sucks - because at first, it probably will… and that’s okay! Have fun with it and keep things light.

Laugh Often

Laughter is the best medicine.

Plus it’s contagious so let’s strive to infect the world!

As an entrepreneur, prioritizing happiness and living fully are rooted in the interconnectivity of life and business. Showing up as yourself and finding joy in the little things makes flowing between your many roles so much easier. It makes for boundaries kept and good times stretched - indefinitely. If you haven’t had a good laugh lately, consider why and how you can change it. Find a reason to laugh today, even if you’re just making faces in the mirror.
